2. Texas Buyer Representation Agreement
The Texas Buyer Representation Agreement is a contract that establishes your representation relationship with my broker and me (as your agent). This document outlines the duration of the agreement, my duties and responsibilities, and my compensation. By signing the Buyer Representation Agreement, you are agreeing to work exclusively with me for a specified period of time. By signing this document, you become my client and not just a customer. As my client, your best interest becomes my top priority, even above my own.
3. Wire Fraud Warning
Wire fraud has become a significant issue in the real estate industry, with scammers attempting to steal funds by intercepting wire transfers. The Wire Fraud Warning is a document that warns buyers of the potential risks associated with wire transfers and provides instructions on how to minimize those risks. By providing this warning to you, I am demonstrating my commitment to your protection.
4. Disclosure of Relationship with Residential Service Company
The Disclosure of Relationship with Residential Service Company is a document that discloses any relationships I have with a residential service company, such as a home warranty or inspection company. This disclosure is essential to ensure that you are aware of any potential conflicts of interest. In this case, my brokerage has a relationship with Americas Preferred Home Warranty.
5. Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Agreement
The Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Agreement is a document that discloses any financial relationships that I have with other companies involved in your real estate transaction. This disclosure is essential to ensure that you are aware of any potential conflicts of interest. In this case, my brokerage has a relationship with Success Lending, LLC.
